Testing and mitigating your home or rental property for radon levels is vital to the long term health and safety of the occupants.

At Tiger, our mission is to lower radon levels and increase the health of our community. Whether your home is on a slab, crawlspace or basement, we can install a system custom designed for each property and lower the radon levels to EPA acceptable levels. We will include a COMPLIMENTARY post mitigation home test kit for you to use after installation is complete.

Step 1) Test your property.

iger uses professionally calibrated monitors with data points every 10 minutes during the testing period for the most accurate radon level results. Testing done through our partner company Tiger Home Inspections.

Step 2) Schedule Now Mitigate Radon if needed

Tiger can install a custom mitigation system in your property. Our state certified installers will work with you to determine the best placement and method of mitigation.

Tiger Radon Mitigation was started as an idea from the folks at Tiger Home and Building Inspections. The idea was to bring the same level of professionalism, knowledge, and customer service that Tiger Home Inspections has a reputation for to the radon mitigation sector.

Our goal is to raise awareness about the harmful effects of radon and to mitigate any property with elevated levels. Our people are NRPP and Colorado state certified for installing radon mitigation systems.

CEO

Dave Metzler is the owner and CEO of Tiger Home Services and the owner of our partner company Tiger Home and Building Inspections. Dave is a long time resident of the Colorado high country. Dave's goal has been to raise the bar in the home inspection and home maintenance industries and deliver companies that are trusted and respected.

Mike McKernan

Service Tech and radon mitigation specialist

Mike has been a general contractor for many years in and around Summit County and has been a Colorado state certified radon mitigator since 2022.
